When Trannies Rape, WOKE folk feign sleep

Father arrested trying to confront school board about daughter’s assault

The DailyWire headline reads that “Loudoun County Schools Tried to Conceal Sexual Assault Against Daughter In Bathroom …” But truth be told, when the accused is transexual, the state of Virginia is on the side of the school district remaining mum.

The issue came to the forefront as parents protested at school board meetings against the teaching of Critical Race Theory. Scott Smith was among the parents at the June 22 Loundon County School Board meeting, but his concerns were more specific; a boy wearing a skirt went into a bathroom in the high school and raped and sodomized his daughter.

The school had failed to acknowledge the attack or initiate an investigation.

Loudon County Public Schools Superintendent Scott Ziegler was quoted in The DailyWire as saying, “the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist … we don’t have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms.”

While he was denying the existence of the assault, the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office conducted a two-month investigation into possible charges against the cross-dressing boy but has not released any information on the investigation because the alleged perpetrator is a juvenile.

When Smith came to the school board meeting and tried the bring the matter up, he was tackled by police and arrested. Smith was charged with, and later found guilty, of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

A video of police tackling and arresting Smith was shown on most media outlets. The mainstream channels portrayed Smith in the video as an out-of-control radical conservative.

In the meantime, the video of the father struggling with police appears to have contributed to what the House GOP refers to as President Biden’s weaponizing the Department of Justice to go after concerned parents.

House Republicans point out that “the DOJ announced that they would direct the FBI to investigate ‘threats of violence’ at school board meetings.”

The Republicans point out that the decision was announced by Attorney General Merrick Garland “just days after the National School Board Association (NSBA) wrote a letter to the Biden administration asking them to treat parent protests at school board meetings as possible acts of ‘domestic terrorism.’”

While there are no known instances of attacks against school board members, even if there was such a case, or if threats were made against school board members, that is a case for local law enforcement. The FBI has no legal authority to get involved at the local level.

Many conservative pundits have pointed out that the administration’s ‘weaponization’ of the FBI is really an effort to intimidate parents who speak out against policies at schools that consistently fit the Left’s agenda.
