The Racket is charging Trump and supporters with Racketeering

In writing this article, I thought I would start by looking up the peculiar timeline of events yesterday where the indictment of former Pres. Donald Trump for “racketeering” were posted in the Fulton County Courthouse several hours before the grand jury actually handed down the decision. It’s as if the outcome was decided before the jury had a chance to rule on the decision to charge the former president.

A search of “timeline of Aug. 14 trump indictment,” however, led to a series of publications running the Associated Press story of a timeline supporting the idea that Trump is guilty. It ends with, “August 14, 2023: Trump and 18 other people are indicted.” There’s no mention of the premature posting of the charges.

As mentioned above, the multiple charges against him and 18 others come down to an accused case of “racketeering.”

A FOXNews article provides the following definition: “Racketeering is the act of conducting business through illegal methods.” It involves “an organized crime that uses dishonest and fraudulent methods to earn profit or uses a business in order to conduct illegal activities.”

This is the fourth time Trump has been indicted this year – THIS FIRST YEAR OF THE 2024 CAMPAIGN FOR PRESIDENT!

With each charge, Trump’s lawyers have pointed to the timing of the charges and asked, ‘Why did the prosecutors (political persecutors) wait almost three years to press the charges.’ The obvious answer is that the charges are designed to deny Trump an opportunity to return to the White House. But there’s another question of timing.

Here is another timeline, this from FOX commentator Sean Hannity’s Website:

June 7: FBI releases documents to Congress alleging the Bidens took $10M bribe from Burisma.

June 8: Jack Smith indicts Trump in Mar-a-Lago case.

July 26: Hunter Biden goes to court and rejects sweetheart plea deal after it was revealed DOJ tried to give him blanket immunity from future presecutions.

July 27: Jack Smith adds more charges for Trump in Mar-a-Lago case.

July 31: Hunter Biden’s former business partner testifies to Congress that Joe Biden was on over 20 calls with his son’s business partners and that Burisma execs pressured them to fire the prosecutor.

August 1: Jack Smith indicts Trump again for January 6.

I would add the following to that timeline:

August 11: AG Merrick Garland names US Attorney David Weiss of Delaware Special Prosecutor in the Hunter Biden investigation. Weiss, though appointed by Trump, is accused of slow walking the investigation into Hunter past the statute of limitations, and creating a plea deal that would have granted Hunter immunity that would, most likely, have ended any chance of getting to the bottom of all the millions of dollars paid to the Biden family by foreign entities/adversarial nations.

August 14 (Post Weekend): Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis charges Trump and 18 others with Racketeering.

To refer to the analogy I used in a recent letter to Democrat Rep. Bill Foster (IL-11), it’s as if we’re watching two trains on parallel tracks. The ‘Indict Trump at-any-cost Train’ is an express bullet train with a plow on the front to blast away anything – absolutely anything – that gets in the way.

The ‘Protect Joe and Hunter at-any-cost Train’ is stopping at all the stations, and making obviously irrational stops, some that have lasted past the statute of limitations for potential crimes, and seems determined to avoid reaching any ‘unpleasant’ destination within any kind of schedule that could be ‘problematic’ for the president.

Joe Biden is not the conductor of either train (many would say he’s too feeble to safely operate his green Stingray outside of his Delaware driveway). In fact, no single individual could possibly coordinate all of this by themselves. It is clear that there is an ‘organized’ effort involved. A Racket.

Consider the following (keep in mind, this is not a comprehensive list):

2010: IRS targets TEA Party groups (<== Jump Link)
2016: Hillary’s handling of illegal server is BleachBit, hammered and swept under the rug
2016: Obvious attempt to setup Donald Trump Jr. with Trump Tower meeting
2017: Sen. Schumer threatens Trump with Intel agencies have “six ways from Sunday” to get back at you
2017: Hillary funds planting of 2-1/2-year Russian Collusion investigation
2019: Ukrainian phone call and Impeachment No. 1
2020: Hunter Biden’s laptop comes to light
2020: Jan. 6 and Impeachment No. 2
2023: NYC Prosecutor Alvin Bragg charges Trump with 34 felony counts
2023: Special Counsel Jack Smith charges Trump with 37 alleged violations of “The Espionage Act” and obstructing justice.
2023: Special Counsel Jack Smith charges Trump with conspiracy to defraud U.S. and obstruction related to Jan. 6 riots

Note: I could easily provide hundreds, if not thousands of links to stories about these subjects. While I suggest researching these stories on your own, I recommend caution. It is notable that Google, widely recognized for its Leftist political leanings, will almost always fill the first and second page, if not more, with articles from the Left’s perspective. The problem is pervasive, and you should be aware of this going in.

Could all of these charges, impeachments and more result without some kind of coordination?

What about Pres. Biden? While his claims of innocence are widely accepted by the Left, including the Leftist media, and defended with cries that no one has proven anything, is there any plausible defense? Why would Burisma give Hunter $10M? Why would Chinese companies affiliated with the CCP give $Millions to Hunter along with other gifts?

His claims of innocence have fallen apart one by one. First, he never knew anything about Hunter’s business dealings. Then, he never met with any of Hunter’s business associates. Then he never spoke with any of Hunter’s business associates. Then, he never spoke business with Hunter’s business associates. When it’s reported he was on at least 20 phone calls with Hunter’s business associates, he claims he was talking about the weather.

The depth of this actual racketeering is beyond the scope of anything imaginable, and blatantly obvious to anyone willing to honestly look at it. And it’s not just Biden, or Hillary. Members of the FBI, CIA, ATF and IRS have their fingers in this pie, too.

Remember when Elon Musk purchased Twitter (now known as X), and former Twitter executive Matt Taibbi released emails between the FBI and other agencies with Twitter encouraging censorship? He was called before Congress to testify. On the very day that he was to testify before the Select Subcommittee for the Weaponization of the Federal Government, IRS agents showed up at his door claiming that they wanted his 2018 and 2021 tax filings due to “concerns over identity theft.”

Who can see this as anything other than an attempt to intimidate a witness?

In the meantime, this racket has the full support of the Left’s Legacy Media and Big Tech social media outlets. But, more than that, it has the support of millions of Americans who could plainly see what’s happening if they dared to honestly consider what is going on in our country today.

2010: IRS targets conservative TEA Party groups during the midterm election (when the story finally comes to light, then Pres. Barack Obama promises to get to the bottom of the story, but nothing comes of it).

2016: Hillary Clinton had an illegal server containing top secret and sensitive material and avoided prosecution by having the server cleaned with a process known as “BleachBit” and by having her staff smash electronic devices with hammers while her husband tried to secretly meet with then AG Loretta Lynch on an airport tarmac during the federal investigation.

When Hillary is finally interviewed by the FBI, another potential witness is allowed to sit in on the interview where she is treated with kit gloves. Then, shortly before the election, former FBI Director James Comey goes on television to describe the findings that clearly indicate guilt while he dismisses them an incredible statement that no one would pursue charges.

2016: In a bizarre story, Russian singer-songwriter Emin Agalarov meets with Donald Trump Jr., Jared Kushner and Paul Manafort in Trump Tower with obscure claim that she has dirt on Hillary. But, at the meeting she only wants to discuss adoptions of Russian children by Americans. While Comey fails to charge Trump Jr. or the others with a crime, the event comes off as a clumsily staged attempted setup.

2016: Trump Campaign Chair Paul Manafort and Trump political advisor Roger Stone both have their homes raided early in the morning by FBI agents in black, with “assault weapons” (in Stone’s case, CNN got a heads up so they could be on hand to video the raid). Both were convicted under questionable circumstances.

2017: Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) states on national television, “Let me tell you: You take on the intelligence community — they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you.”

2017: 2-1/2-Year Trump-Russian Collusion Investigation launched after Trump’s AG Jeff Sessions recuses himself from the case and Robert Mueller is appointed Special Prosecutor. Mueller assembles team of mostly-rabid anti-Trumpers and, with Democrats in Congress, runs America through a two-and-a-half-year mill of distraction and attacks only to come up with nothing.

It later came to light that the FBI lied to FISA Court to obtain wiretaps on Trump. Later, it came to light that the Hillary campaign funded and planted the story. Quite recently, it came to light that Obama and the FBI both knew early on that the Russian-Collusion story was a hoax. And, more recently, one of the FBI agents who was instrumental in the investigation was convicted of “colluding with the Russians.” Of course, in this latter case, the Left’s lapdog media refers to him as a “disgraced” former FBI agent by which they seem to indicate that the stain is on him and not on the agency.

2019: Anonymous intelligence official writes letter expressing concerns about Trump’s July 25 phone conversation with Ukrainian president where he speaks about investigating story of then VP Biden threatening to withhold $1B in aid from the U.S. if the Ukrainians didn’t fire the prosecutor who was investigating energy company Burisma where Biden’s son, Hunter, was a highly-paid but, for all intents and purposes, ‘honorary’ member of the board. A video later surfaces of Biden bragging about the threat and finishing with, “and son of a b****, he got fired.”

The phone call turned into an impeachment hearing of Donald Trump announced by Democrat Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), then Speaker of the House. The partisan finding of the House Intelligence Committee claims that Trump was “using the power of his office to solicit interference from a foreign country in the 2020 U.S. election.”

2020: Hunter Biden’s laptop comes to light (though the FBI has, apparently known about since as far back as even 2019). Biden’s current Sec. of State Anthony Blinken circulates a letter to 51 former top national security officials where, in a carefully worded defense of Biden, that really says nothing, claim that the laptop “has all the appearances of Russian misinformation.” One of the signees later claims that it’s the fault of Americans if they didn’t look at the statement close enough.

We now know the laptop was legit though it served its purpose from Biden’s perspective; a poll shows that as many as 18% of those who voted for Biden would have changed their vote if they knew the laptop was real – vastly more than enough to alter the outcome of the election.

2020: Jan. 6 Commission – the Second Impeachment of Trump, even though he was already out of office, came about after riots in the capital that extended into the Capital Building referred to by Democrats and several anti-Trump Republicans as “an insurrection.” When Pelosi created the “9/ll-type commission,” she rejected the members for the commission put forth by current House Speaker and then Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) and instead appointed rabid anti-Trump Republicans Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) and Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL). In what could hardly be described as anything but a show trial where Trump and his supporters were denied an opportunity to put forth their side of the story.

Recently, it came to light that the evidence from the commission has been destroyed.
