Making School Board Criticism A Crime
Thanks to The CollegeFix.com, we now know a California state representative has introduced a bill titled "the 'School Employees: Protection' act". That legislation would make it a crime for parents to criticize school board members.
From their article:
"It’s not difficult to figure out what’s happening here. A concerned parent at a school board meeting asks a board member a question and reiterates it (thereby establishing a “course of conduct”) … and if the board member feels “tormented” the parent can be arrested and charged with a fine between $500 and $1,000 and face up to a year in jail."
Here at The Response, we believe this is a likely outcome when the Left is desperately seeking to defend the indoctrination of children, just as claiming conservatives are trying to ban books when LGBTQ+ pornography is pushed on young children in schools.
